CHANGE CONDITIONS:

You can make a change within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order.

All returned products must be unused and accompanied by all tags, packaging and, if applicable, the original documents and accessories with which they were purchased. As all products go through quality control just before they are sent to you, please understand that any returned products with defects (frame or lens damage) or signs of use (make-up stains) will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer with own costs as they are considered used. No changes are made to discounted items & items that are part of an offer. If the User does not follow the above instructions, EXPOSURE-SUNGLASSES reserves the right to reject the change request.

Note: Charged by the Receiver (i.e. EXPOSURE-SUNGLASSES) if you are in Greece .

As soon as we receive the product intended for exchange and deem it to be in need of an exchange, a voucher of equal value to the returned product will be sent to your email. Your voucher will automatically expire in 30 days. From the coupon that will be sent to you, €5.00 will be deducted (transportation costs of change), if you are in Greece. Then you make a purchase again from exposure - sunglasses . gr and upon checkout (CHECK OUT), enter your unique coupon in the "COUPON CODE" field. Click "APPLY COUPON" and complete your purchase.


MONEY RETURN:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return it, please fill in the return form that you will find here . Please ensure that the returned product is in its original condition, including any tags. You can return your product within 14 working days from the date of receipt by contacting the courier company of your choice. The transport costs in the case of a refund are entirely borne by you and you can choose any transport you wish for your return (in the case of sending by Ordinary Mail, the parcel must arrive registered at our headquarters at Domokou 11, Heraklion Crete, 71409) .

 *We do not accept returns on BLACK FRIDAY DEALS, CYBER MONDAY DEALS, CHRISTMAS OFFERS, MOTHER'S DAY OFFERS, SALE ITEMS and items purchased using DISCOUNT COUPONS .

In the return package you must include:
The sunglasses
The case
The outer box
The retail receipt

If you have used Cash on Delivery as a payment method, €2 will be deducted from the order amount and if you have ordered with Free Shipping, another €3 will be deducted from the order amount. Please fill in your Bank details in the form here and the money will be credited to your account within 14 working days, based on European Law.
In the event of a defective product, we can replace it at no additional charge, provided you send the product back to us and we inspect it for any manufacturing defect. Please include the completed return form in the package and contact the recommended courier service to collect your return.


REPLACEMENT : The company offers free replacement in case of defective product .
